LAMINATING RESIN - VINYLESTER

MFE 11V is low viscosity version of MFE 11 bisphenol-A epoxy vinyl ester resin designed for Vacuum Infusion Process.

• Lower viscosity version of MFE 11, providing excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance as MFE 11.
• Effectively wet out with glass fiber.
• Good air drying, surface drying in 45 min.
• Excellent corrosion resistance, especially to alkali.
• Low peak exotherm temperature, low shrinkage and superior toughness.

Applications and Fabrication Techniques

• Suitable for the fabrication of composites products such as boat, container, hull of the yacht, etc.

Safety and Handling Consideration
• The product should be packed into clean, dry, safe and sealed container, standard package is Non-Returnable Drum with Net Weight of 200 kg. Per IBC 1000kg.
• The specification is 2015 edition and may change with the technological improvement.
• From May to October, conveyance in refrigeration car or in nighttime, averting from sunshine.
• Commercial warranty: nine months from the date of manufacture, when stored in accordance with the conditions stated below. Any unsuitable condition of storage and conveyance will cause the shortening of shelf life.

Recommended Storage:
Drums - Store at temperatures below 25℃. Storage life decreases with increasing storage temperature. Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. To avoid contamination of product with water, do not store outdoors. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Rotate stock.
